COOKING THE NOODLES
  1. As and when you open the packet, you will be hit by a strong fishy smell. It is not pleasant! But don’t let it deter you. The noodles would be in a pool of liquid inside the packet. You want to drain that liquid and wash the noodles under running water for about 10-15 minutes. The noodles are pretty long. You may want to cut them with kitchen shears into desired size.
  2. Alternatively, you can wash the noodles for about a minute and then put the noodles in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes. This should get rid of the fishy smell.
  3. Next, in a non stick pan (preferably), add the noodles and stir and cook for a few minutes till the noodles are completely dry. This should be about 5 minutes.
  4. Your noodles are ready to be used as normal.
STIR FRY
  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces in some salt, pepper and sriracha sauce for about 15-20 minutes. In a wok, add 1 tsp sesame oil and the chicken. Sauté till chicken is cooked. Remove.
  2. In the same wok, add the sesame oil. Once heated, add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add all the sliced vegetables together. Cook on high till the vegetables become somewhat tender.
  4. Add the chicken and stir everything well. Add the soy sauce and the chilli garlic sauce and mix again. Add the salt and pepper.
  5. Add in the noodles and mix everything well.
  6. All you need to do now is enjoy!
