Hello people! It may sound like a cliché but I can’t believe the year is over!! How fast did time fly really? Honestly, I didn’t even realize when it began and when it came to end. It has been very exciting and I got to do some really awesome stuff! I am so grateful. Amongst the new things I got to do this year, one of the most important one was cooking things that I had never cooked before. Prawns are something that I had never cooked before. In fact I had not even eaten them more than 3-4 times all my life. But now I absolutely love cooking with them. A few days back I made Prawns Karahi and it was an immediate hit at home. So here I am today to share with you the recipe of Prawns Karahi.
The best thing about cooking with prawns is that they cook so fast. I usually buy frozen prawns and keep them ready whenever I crave for some seafood but do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen. This recipe was an impromptu thing I did and believe me, I was immensely satisfied and happy with the results. My husband absolutely loved it too.

This dish pairs very well with rotis. But since I love rice, I tried this Prawns Masala with some boiled rice and it tasted absolutely divine! You can adjust the consistency of the gravy depending on whether you want to have it with rice or roti. Either way, you are going to have a great meal!
