  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, add the almond flour, baking soda, salt, sweetener. Mix well.
  3. Add the oil and give it a good mix. Add the vanilla and mix again.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix one last time such that everything looks even.
  5. Put one tablespoon of the dough on the baking sheet and flatten with a spoon. Leave enough space between each portion.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the sheet before enjoying these!
Recipe Notes

Make smaller batches. These don’t freeze well. The cookies become soggy if kept in the refrigerator for long.
