  1. In a wok, heat the oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the minced meat and mix well. Cook on high heat constantly stirring. Add the salt and the rest of the seasonings.
  3. Mix well and continue stirring. Lower the heat and cover and cook till the meat is cooked through. This shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes. Lift the cover and stir occasionally. The meat will cook in its own juices.
  4. When the meat is almost cooked, add the chopped cabbage and onions. mix well. Cook on high heat for about 5 minutes, while stirring. I like the cabbage still a little crunchy.
  5. Check for seasoning and add the chopped coriander. Enjoy!
